Pop up paper art!

We’re currently working on an exciting new exhibition at Kensington called Victoria Revealed which will explore the life and loves of Queen Victoria. As part of the display we’re going to create a pop up book showing Victoria’s life. I’ve been looking up ideas for inspiration and found this amazing artist, Sue Blackwell who creates paper sculptures out of books and texts.

The exhibition will open in March 2012 as part of a grand re-opening of Kensington after a major reinterpretation and refurbishment project. For more information about what’s happening at Kensington please see our website explaining the Kensington Project.
